1. Cancellation Policy
Before Shipping
You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before the order is shipped. To cancel, contact us at info@ministreet.store or call +91 73860 07230 with your order number.
After Shipping
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery and the order will be treated as a return (see Return Policy below).
Cancellation by Mini Street
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to: product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or if we are unable to deliver to your location. In such cases, a full refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.
2. Return Policy
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return.
Eligible for Return
- Wrong product received
- Defective or damaged product
- Product significantly different from description
- Size exchange (subject to availability)
Not Eligible for Return
- Products used, washed, or altered after delivery
- Products without original tags and packaging
- Innerwear and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
- Products returned after the 7-day window
- Sale items marked as "Final Sale"
3. Refund Timelines
Return Request
Submit return request within 7 days of delivery. Acknowledged within 24 hours.
Return Pickup / Drop-off
We arrange pickup or provide return shipping details within 2-3 business days.
Quality Check
Product inspected within 2 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
Refund Processed
Refund initiated within 3 business days of quality check approval.
Refund Received
Amount credited to original payment method within 5-7 business days. COD refunds via bank transfer within 7-10 business days.
4. Refund Methods
Refunds are processed to the original payment method:
- Online Payment (UPI/Card): Refunded to original payment source within 5-7 business days
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS). You will need to provide bank details. Processing time: 7-10 business days
Refund Amounts
- Pre-shipping cancellation: Full refund including shipping charges
- Defective/Wrong product: Full refund including shipping charges
- Customer-initiated return (change of mind): Product amount refunded; shipping charges are non-refundable
5. Exchanges
Size exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired size is unavailable, a full refund will be issued. Exchange processing follows the same timeline as returns.
6. Damaged During Transit
If you receive a damaged package, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
7. Non-Delivery
If an order is not delivered within the estimated timeline plus 7 additional days, contact us for a full refund or re-shipment.
